Corner Dock Bumper, Multipe Sizes, Docking Boat Bumper

I have had Hull Hugr dock bumpers installed on my dock for many years and they hold up under extreme conditions. I did have to replace the corner dock bumper because of damage sustained by a direct hit from a friend's boat that tore the polyester/vinyl cover and exposed the high density foam. That said, the bumper did prevent the boat from being damaged, whish is its primary function! The bottom line is these bumpers are fabulous and I highly recommend them to any dock owner.

I bought one of these and one of the Dock Edge brand to see which id like better. Both have pros and cons. The Hull Hugger is huge by comparison. Sticks out further and covers more area. The holes have grommets built in which is nice. The Hull Huggers are much softer which may or may not be a pro in your application. I feel like the Hull Huggers might get punctured or torn due to them being more of a vinyl covered foam, but thats just a guess. If you have metal outside corner brackets the Hull Hugger corners s might be trickier to install as the the brackers might make mounting difficult or impossible. And if you have the metal corners with thhe built in clevis brackets these will not work. Hope this review is helpful

These bumpers work great for me. Much better than my old rubber ones that left marks on the side of the boat. How long they will last remains to be seen.

They installed from the top easily enough, but was unable to attach the bottom connection at/below the waterline. They are very soft giving me concerns about durability. It was advised to me by jet boaters on a Chaparral vortex forum that they should be kept clean of dirt lest they scratch the hull. I have not used them yet. Still waiting for delivery of my brand new boat. I’m hoping these last long enough for us to gain the confidence to dock a jet boat delicately and then perhaps we’ll switch to a more traditional fender set up....

I usually get 2-3 summers out of these. I remove them for the winter. Seem to absorb water but it doesn't change the ability to absorb impacts. Thick padding and tough exterior great for protecting your boat. May have to get creative on mounting as all docks are different. Well worth it!

Easy to install. You might want to use #14 wood screws to fasten or you'll need washers with anything smaller. Only installed about 3 months ago. So far, holding up well. For the price, you can afford to change every few years

Easy to install (remember to use stainless steel). Fit perfectly using only the top 'holes'. Stays in place even on a fairly solid hit. Great protection for a corner. First heavy wind docking after installation a gust push the stern quarter right into the corner - not even a rub on the fiberglass after the bump.

Awesome!! There are 2 versions on amazon that claim to be the same. This one and the half priced one. Ordered both out of curiosity, this ones the real deal. Great product and works as it’s suppose to doing a great job.
