Care Collection HE Fabric Softener 50.72 fluid ounces (1.5 Litres)

I have used Miele Laundry soaps etc. ever since I purchased my Miele washer and dryer. By now, 9 years later, my machines still function perfectly, and the soaps that go with the system perform perfectly. Although expensive one uses so very little, that in the end it is not expensive at all. The soaps are so gentle on your items, all my clothes last forever. I wash my wool pants, my cashmere sweaters, it's a bit of work, however things are clean without harsh chemicals and feel great.

Loved it at first - one of the nicest smelling fabric softeners, not too strong. Works well with half a capful in my Miele front loader, so a little goes a long ways. However, as another reviewer mentioned, it thickened up at the bottom third of the bottle and started gunking up the fabric softener dispenser. I ended up dosing it with some hot water, but by the time I reached the bottom of the bottle there was just a glorp-y mess. Not sure I'll repurchase.

Miele products always exceed my expectations and this is no exception. The Fragrance stays on the clothes but remains subtle so it doesn’t compete with your cologne- unlike so many other fabric softeners. It’s easy to use in HE machine and keeps static away. Expensive but to me worth the price

this product used to be great..but lately every other bottle i order, product is super thick and messes with my miele washing machine. i contacted miele directly with pictures as they requested at which point they informed me i needed to contact amazon directly

Love this fabric softener .. it’s concentrated so you use a small amount .. clean, fresh scent

Leaves clothes soft without a heavy cheap potpourri scent. Make sure you get a fresh bottle that is not thick and lumpy.

Defective. Pudding-like thick gloopy texture - a sign of emulsion destabilization from cold exposure. This is going to destroy my machine. Bad.

this fabric softener works amazing but sadly , the scent is too strong and not a scent I love. I wish Miele had another scent for fabric softener..

Product arrived split into liquid and solid. Has either been stored in warehouse too long or improperly stored. Returned for a replacement and while the replacement was an improvement from the original, it too is starting to de-emulsify
