Such a fun toy! We got these for our 2- and 4-year-old and they were an instant hit. The best part is having two remotes, so each kid can control their own car and race at the same time—no arguing! My kids LOVE, LOVE, LOVE these PREXTEX remote control cars. The police car and race car are colorful, easy for toddlers to use, and the steering wheel-style controllers are simple enough for little ones to figure out quickly. The lights and sounds make them even more exciting, and it's great that both cars can be used at the same time without interfering with each other. We've gotten tons of laughs, races, and living-room traffic jams out of these cars. They're especially nice for younger kids who aren't ready for more complicated remote controls. The reason for 4 stars instead of 5 is the battery installation. Getting the batteries in can be a frustrating chore, and it's definitely the least parent-friendly part of the experience. Once everything is set up, though, the fun begins and the kids don't want to put them down. Overall, these are fantastic toddler RC cars that provide hours of entertainment. Just be prepared for a little battle with the battery compartments before race day starts.

These are fun, easy to use for a toddler, pretty durable...Just remember to turn them off when finished or you'll be changing batteries often.

As a big child myself, and as the father of two little boys, I want to of course have the large monster truck R/C vehicle that goes 30mph and can jump off cliffs or turn into an airplane by the push of a button. This is NOT that kind of toy. With that said, this IS an excellent toy for children who want to learn finger dexterity, problem solve from the limited control options (move forward straight or back up while turning one direction only), and not bang up the trim throughout your house too significantly (unlike matchbox metal cars that are raced or accidentally thrown). It's made for younger children, as once they get to 6 or 7, they will probably want something bigger and faster with more control options. It's definitely durable, not too noisy, and a good gift for most children under 6. There have been no issues with shipping or the functionality of the product since we received it, and the remotes run on limited battery power, as we are using AA's that were pretty much exhausted by glow track cars, and the remotes are still working. Anyway, if you're thinking about buying this for your young children, it is a great gift... If you are a dad who wants an awesome R/C car that can keep you entertained more than your children, then I wouldn't recommend it. Got this for grandson. unffortunately 1st had a wrong part for the figurine and only way to resolve was to send new one. After talking to Prextex, recommended getting replaced by Amazon... The car is limited functionality but is sturdy enough for toddler and he enjoys playing with it.... Does not seem to work on carpeting so used exclusively on non carpeted surfaces.

Bought for my cousin’s 2yr old son. His first racing cars and boy did he love them! Dad also got a bit fixated too 😂 Good chunky size, bright and robust. I was sent a video and could hear them smashing into furniture. Dropped a star as the batteries required are insane. Uses both AA and AAAA. I bought a couple of packs to go with the toys so they could be used straightaway.

I bought these remote control cars for my little boys (2 and 6 years) for Christmas. They love them, so easy to use and they really enjoy racing each other. I had a problem with the original ones I received but the customer support team were excellent, very quick to respond and resolved the issue immediately.

Grandson has great fun with these but on car the rubber on the wheel keeps slipping slightly so the car won’t move
