Can you possibly get these on an adult ear and how?

They can on on an adult! The ears slip on over real ears like a rubber piece!

Will this fit a child?

Yes, in fact they are for a child, although it doesn't say in the description.

How do you keep them on?

They slide over the ears, and actually stay on fairly well. My 8 year old child is going to wear them for Halloween and they stay on his ears, as well as mine. They have a flap in the back. Hope this helps!

What material are they made of? I have latex allergy and want to be sure what they are made of.

I believe they are plastic. My daughter and I used them for Purim and she also has latex and rubber allergies. She wore them all day without any issue. I do believe they are plastic.
