I have been using these for over a year now. The reduction in muscle cramps and restless leg symptoms is amazing. I wouldn't say my energy levels have improved but been able to get to sleep and stay asleep is 100% better. These are meant for long term use, it is not a quick fix for any symptom. It's a shame they can not be on a subscription.

Utilisé en même temps que les probiotiques de la même marque je n'ai pas vu d'effet significatif. Peut être que je ne les ai pas bien assimilés car les autres utilisateurs semblent satisfaits...
