It works great and is helping with strength and dexterity. The only negative is the rubber band finger loops come out of the ball every time you take it off, so you have to rethread it back through the ball. Obviously someone with poor dexterity can’t do this without assistance and it’s not easy. Use a pencil to push it back through. Still I recommend this item.
