One out of 4 flours used to make gluten free pizza dough
I used a nice GF flour mix that is no longer available. As I always got good results with that particular mix, I decided to buy the four flours it was made of: rice, tapioca, potato and millet. I got all four flours and now I can make my own GF pizza again. This brand was recommended by a friend who is an amazing cook.

Great Consistency and Taste
I use this as part of my gluten free flour mix to make artisan breads. It softens the texture of brown rice flour which can be a bit gritty. Good size bag.. good value and most importantly ... organic!

Really good for Brazilian cheese bread
This makes a great Brazilian cheese bread (1 cup of tapioca, 1 egg, 2/3 cup of milk, 1/4 vegetable oil, 1/2 cup of shredded cheddar, 1 cup of Parmesan cheese, salt to taste - mix everything and pour in a mini muffin pan - 15min at 400F).
