Long story short... I have a GoPro mount that uses the saddle rails of my bike and, with a dropper post in the down position; the camera will make contact with the tire when the suspension compresses. I thought this curved adapter would add enough length and arc to move the camera closer up to the rear of the saddle and just high enough to not make contact with the rear tire under compression. Well... it sort of does... until riding over the first root or bump, then the weight of the camera pulls the whole thing down directly to the tire. No matter how tight I have the securing nut in the clamp, the camera will drop and make that awful brrrp sound. Do not buy.

Be very carful not to move it or hit a bump as it will break! Wow, I know you get what you pay for but this is just sad.

I purchased these extension arms for my DJI action cam / external mic rig. The arms allow me to mount the mic above the camera, and with the curve of the arms, the mic stays back out of the camera focal view. I have also used the arms to mount the same camera to my truck which allows some some great POV video footage. For the price as compared to other more expensive name brand extension arms, you will not go wrong purchasing these

Feels cheap but gets the work done. I use the smallest size for my action cam on my motorcycle helmet. No issues.

Holds my camera great, but you need to really tighten the other end to prevent any 'swing'. I'm attaching to a paddleboard only the shortest extension arm works for me unfortunately.....the others 2 are easily knocked over by waves Still a decent value for the price
