Works with a headset splitter
I ordered this microphone to test with a work laptop and it didn't work at first since the laptop has a combo jack of speaker and microphone. I ordered another headset splitter and tried again and it worked well after. Sound quality is good for a small conference room.

Doesnโt work
Due to it plugging in the audio-jack, the computer reads it as headphones or a speaker. It will not recognize it as a microphone and therefore will not record any sound.

Works pretty good so far!!
Pictures often do not tell the truth!! Still seems to be a nice little mic..I purchased this only to find out it is much, much smaller that what you see in the picture..I still was able to make it work with a minor draw back...it is sensitive and some tweaking will be involved..if you are a novice like me and just like to make things work while on your budget..go ahead and make this work for you!!

Works fine but requires some setup
This mic works well, but in windows you need to go to its settings and increment amplification so it can pick your voice with a decent volume. Sound quality is acceptable.

Did not work on my Mac Mini
This would not work for my Mac Mini. I have a bridge that has a 1/8" input, but this mic would not send a signal. Might need one with a pre-amp built in. It did have a little weight to it and was the right size. Possibly the USB version would be better. I will need to return this.

Works great for voice search
This works great for a desktop PC to be able to use voice search like in Chrome. I think people often have laptops now so the mic is built-in. I have an older desktop I use for music.

Good for desktops, less so for laptops or small form factor PCs.
While the microphone works "well enough" on a desktop machine with the usual setup of three 3.5mm jacks, performance really falls off when used on laptops or PCs with only a single jack, even with used with an audio breakout cable. Ended up going with a microphone connected via USB port.

Yep, go for it!
This little mic was easy to set up and appears to be working great! It has a nice heft to it so it stays in place. I use it multiple times a day for work; never had a complaint from anyone about the sound quality on the other end.

Not worth the $$$
This hardly picks up any sound at all , I have an old Mic the size of a Toonie that I purchased at a Dollar Store approximately 15 years ago that works much better than this one , total waste of my time and $$$ .

Works great as a plug in and go.
Seems to work fine for what I need it to do. I use it with my second gen Ipad no issues in software compatibility. I'm deaf so I use it only for speak to text apps. Seems to pick up voice decently within a smaller living space and only 3-4 people around but not all talking at once. I'm not fully sure the distance it will pick up a voice but seems to catch so far only tested between 6ft-8ft circumference however depending on the clarity and volume a person speaks with will play a major part of the microphone being able to catch the sound. Also the app you are using can play an important part in that matter too.
