Chanzon 2N2222A 2N2222 TO-92 NPN Power BJT Bipolar Junction Transistor (Pack of 100pcs)

These 2N2222 transistors are all in spec with the data sheet. They arrived on time, were well packaged and reasoanably priced. In my students prototypes, we used them to build a TTL buffer amp, and several TTL NAND gates. Other uses involved applying a voltage (12 volts DC) to the emitter lead and measuring a wideband Gaussian random noise signal on the transitor base. Here, the collector was left open. We designed and bread boarded two standard 2N2222 amplifier stages to achieve a 100 mV peak to peak random voltage signal. My students enjoyed working with these 2N2222 transistors as each circuit design worked as expected - with no faulty or "bad" transistors.

Never had any problems with chanzon products..

I've been struggling with bipolar disorder for years now so receiving timely delivery for 100 pieces of 2n2222 transistor was just what I needed.

These transistors were delivered on time and well packed. I measured the DC current gain on several and found it to be in the range of 260 -280. Certainly meeting spec.

I needed matched pairs for a circuit and tested for hFE (gain) before using. Gain ranged from 207 to 260, with most hFE being in the 230's. Out of 20, I found 3 pair which matched and 2 others which would have been close enough. Inherent noise was low and the 2N2222A's were stable.

I haven't used these yet, but they seem to be a good quality
