Let’s get real. Most glorious poops of my life. Consistency not too firm, not too soft. Felt like I was unloading from years of build up. TMI but being able to make alphabet letters when I “go”wasn’t something I could do before but now I can. I don’t buy into gimmicks and usually very leery on “health” products. Tried this product from some samples given to me from a health food store though and decided I needed them to be a regular thing in my life. Took them not thinking I would notice a difference but within the first day, there was a big difference. Highly recommend if you want your guts to be happy.

I must have tried 20 different types of probiotics over many years...I'd use up a bottle and then think "I'm still bloated....or I'm still constipated, or I don't feel any better....or sometimes I feel worse"....It's very frustrating not knowing which probiotic to buy or which one is likely to feel it matches your particular digestive system. And the prices vary so much it's ridiculous. I've bought some of the most expensive probiotics...I've even had nutritionists suggest something specific for me to take and still I didn't feel it was right...I tend to give away my unused bottles and will do that when I'm sure it's not working but don't want to throw the bottle away.... I've tried different forms of probiotics: powders, pearls, refrigerated probiotics, probiotics for my blood type, soil based, chewable, probiotics stating they were specifically for constipation, or specifically for emotional health...and still they didn't work. So I started with the Kyo Dophilus probiotic many months ago... the version that contains only 3 different strains...I was transitioning off of a brand I thought I liked only to realize I was having stomach pains during the night and constipation in the morning...A few weeks on the less strong version of Kyo, taking one pill in the AM and one at night....I finished a bottle and thought "I like this but I'm wondering if it's enough"....I then started reading about this 9 strain formula. Seems like reviews were good and most people liked it....although some didn't and some thought it might be too strong....So with a few pills left in my other bottle....the 3 strain variety, I started adding one of these pills with dinner....and when I ran out of the 3 strain, which I was then taking once a day... I was taking only the 9 strain twice a day...I noticed a difference after about a week....I wasn't getting stomach pains in the middle of the night... I was still a bit gassy sometimes but hardly ever constipated anymore......but often that is due to the large amounts of vegetables I began eating....plus large salads and a lot of onions and garlic....I found as I started taking this probiotic, I was no longer wanting sweet foods...It's not that I disliked sweets but I found myself actually craving more vegetables and salads as strange as this sounds. I feel the integrity of my gut flora is changing....my micro biome might actually be starting to become more balanced and healed..... I could never figure out what to do, what to take in the way of good bacteria....I'm allergic to dairy and can't eat yogurt...I tried making cultured vegetables but it's a ton of work and I knew I wouldn't make or eat cultured vegetables daily....But I think I might have come upon the best probiotic I"ve ever tried...It just feels right...and I'm not sure why. I would have thought so many other brands must be very similar. But obviously they are not all the same...I also thought changing around brands of probiotics might be helpful, just to insure I'd get as many different strains into my body as possible....but some of the more expensive brands seemed to make me feel terrible...So for the price, and I do love Kyo as a brand, this purchase was a great one. I feel pretty confident I won't want to be trying other brands....I feel I found something that really works!

I've only taken this yesterday so I don't have much to say, but I will be updating my review once I get a better understanding. For now it's a 5 star from me due to the research behind it and having a certain combination of strains that I couldn't find anywhere else. I was trying to avoid "L. casei and L. bulgaricus" due to their histamine producing properties (google it) SO MANY probiotics contain them and at an insane amount. Most probiotics contained here (if not all, didn't google all of them lol) inhibits histamine, awesome. 6 billion CFU count, the average person who think this is a GREAT thing and more value for the buy. So I concluded they aren't going for that, but something that actually works. Keep in mind, I don't know if it does work yet. Will update. Thanks for the hope anyway! UPDATE 13-10-2019 After i issue a refund because this probiotic not working for me and i don't have to return the bottle.so i feel not right if i throw it to trash bin so i take it every days for almost 2 weeks and then i feel this is working good with my belly pain,gas pain and bloating also my mood became good.so give this product time at least 2 weeks for result.will buy again soon and TQ AMAZON for great service for international customer like me.

I have UC and bad IBS and I have been taking probiotics for over 20 years, I’ve even had the prescription ones. I feel like I have to switch them every so often bc my body gets used to them. Just some background, I used to work at a health/vitamin store for years (loved it) and really go all out learning about supplements, reviewing the data and researcher, and trying what I believe to be beneficial to me. It’s important with our guts y’all, it is like your second brain so take good care of it! I decided to try these with the other daily kyo-dophilus (orange label) because I got extremely sick (UC flare) and I have to say these are fantastic! I tried the 2 separate and together and I love them both so I take them every morning with my big water bottle, and my fiber (they help each other work together but do your own research and make sure yours will as well bc not all fiber is created them same!). Keep them in your fridge after you open them. Also everyone is different so please try things for yourself and see what works with your own body, and start small with one thing at a time so you know if it helps you. Good luck!

Have been taking for a few weeks with no noticeable change. Taking 2 a day as indicated caused stomach pain so take only 1 pill a day with food.
