Took a while to assemble but was very easy. The chair is comfortable and well made.

Bought this chair for my son for xbox gaming duties. Great value for money and he says its comfortable as he's on it at least 12 hours a day.

Faulty chair but great customer service
Product arrived faulty, after sending an email and picture I was refunded within 24hrs. Very good customer service would definitely buy from here again as these things do sometimes happen. Great customer service. I’ve given the chair 1 star due to the fault however it looked very comfy!

Easy to assemble check that your reclining mechanism locked with paint before you assemble it
Decent chair for the price ...reclining mechanism was painted into a solid lump and had to be freed in my vice other than that no issues

Does the job it was bought for
Assembly instructions need a rewrite. Product is fine from an 11 year olds perspective, can't vouch for the comfort for an adult use.

Ok.
Easy enough to put together. Arm cracked so contacted seller for a new one. They answered quickly and said replacement would be sent in 15 days - that was on Christmas Day! Nothing received. I also thought that I brought this chair with a foot support. Son says chair is ok - not enough padding in seat.
