Delicious! 🌸 Wild flower flavor, and yes,it is raw and unfiltered making it good in tea, coffee, on French toast, pancakes, mixed into anything you might use sugar in. Even when I have a sore throat I take a tablespoon or two and it is helpful. Texture is smooth, soft and authentic. No fake sugary flavor😝, it is delicious✔️ Cost is kinda high, but worth it. It is not crystallized so easy to dip into and smile when it hits your tongue. Ps… I used to work in a honey house when I was younger, and it rates right up there with it, that was on the Big Island of Hawaii🌴☀️

I hope it’s 100% pure honey.
I’ve researched honey for hours. Pure southern honey came out on top, but my jar of honey was really thin. The taste is good but the thinness worries me. Has anyone else noticed this? I hope it’s 100% pure honey.
