STEAK BURGER INSTRUCTIONS You will need 1 Kg minced beef 20 gm / 4 tsp Olley & Olley Seasoning Method Sprinkle Olley & Olley Seasoning on to minced meat and mix until slightly sticky. Don’t over do it though. Portion, Cling and Refigerate or freeze. Should last for a week in the fridge. To Cook ¼ pound is a good weight. Flatten with the palm of your hand in to burger shapes say 1cm thick. Cook on hot dry ( no oil) griddle pan turning frequently until cooked through.
