Full review
My dream come true moment its a good guitar in budget i know its too much for many people and are searching for good reviews so here it is. From a beginner to a beginner i bought this 3 years ago just to set an impression in college but this becomes my love its a very good guitar with good strings and all . I have only changed the strings once coz its good to change time to time . Frets got a little rust not like a pure rust but soem blackness freets mattel parts which devide the frets only got the rust. Size is big if you dont have enough space or your hands are small you can have difficulty so you should also remember the size . In the end its a great guitar under 8k from agood brand yamaha beast brand in this category

Affordable, average quality, Acoustic guitar for beginners.
Yamaha has done a great job by manufacturing this decent, entry level dreadnought acoustic guitar aimed at the beginner level. I have been using the Yamaha F210 (very old model, purchased back in 2014) and did a quick comparison between the two. F280 produces a crispy and resonant sound almost similar to its higher priced brothers in the entry level segment, but lacks detailing in its design. The finishing is also not upto the mark and uses a black matte paint for binding the edges with slight imperfections(pictures shown) instead of layering. If you are on a tight budget, you may go for it, but if detailing and better tone is a concern, then the F310 will be a good choice. Overall, it is the best choice among acoustic guitars at this price. Also for buyers, I suggest you to buy a guitar case for storage and prevent contact with moisture as it can affect the sound quality in the long run. Edit after 1 month usage: I find Yamaha guitars manufactured now in India are not upto the mark regarding quality(My old F210 was manufactured in Indonesia). The black paint used to bind the edges have started fading off (pictures attached), which were not encountered in the F210 even after years of usage.

Cracking itself
I have bought this guitar like 1 month ago only barely used this because of my work and it is cracking from base side despite careful storage i think it is happening because of very low quality pasting done on this guitar that why is it cracking by it self

Great beginner to intermediate level guitar
I recently purchased the Yamaha F280 Acoustic Guitar and couldn't be happier with my decision. This guitar is perfect for both beginners and intermediate players, and offers great value for its price. Here are my thoughts on the pros and cons of this guitar: Pros: 1. Sound Quality: The sound quality of this guitar is exceptional. It produces clear, rich and vibrant tones which are perfect for both strumming and fingerpicking. The fretboard is smooth and easy to play, making it ideal for long hours of practice. 2. Design and Build Quality: The Yamaha F280 Acoustic Guitar is constructed with high-quality materials, making it durable and long-lasting. The natural finish gives it an elegant and timeless look, which is sure to impress anyone who sees it. The design of the guitar is also ergonomic, making it comfortable to hold and play. 3. Price: The Yamaha F280 Acoustic Guitar is priced very reasonably, making it a great value for money. It is affordable for beginners who are just starting out, without compromising on the quality of the guitar. Cons: 1. Size: The Yamaha F280 Acoustic Guitar is a full-size guitar, which may not be suitable for younger players or those with smaller hands. It may also be difficult to transport due to its size. 2. Lack of Accessories: The guitar does not come with any accessories, such as a case or strap, which may be inconvenient for some players who need to transport it. Overall, the Yamaha F280 Acoustic Guitar is an excellent choice for anyone looking for a high-quality guitar at an affordable price. It offers great sound quality, durability, and an elegant design. Although it may not be suitable for younger players or those with smaller hands, it is a great option for beginners and intermediate players alike. It is definitely a purchase that I am happy with and would highly recommend to others.
