Pleased with product and very effective

Not just for high heels - these slim pads are very useful for cushioning calluses on the ball of the foot, especially in shoes with thin insoles - makes walking less painful. They do eventually stop sticking properly - washing them in warm water and letting them dry naturally does help, but doesn’t quite restore them to their original stickiness. But easy to replace them at this price.

Worked really well

Love those, on my second set as use them in all my shoes. They really help in reducing or stopping pain in the balls of my feet. The stick doesn't last when lots of sand gets in your shoes, as I found out when walking up and down sand dunes in Egypt looking in tombs, but if I'd have washed the trainers and put a fresh set in I'm sure they'd have been fine when I returned home. As it was I took a set that was ready to be thrown so didn't bother trying to fix when I got back.

These gell cushions really work. Just remove the cover on one side and stick the gell cushion inside your shoes. Very comfortable, very strong adhesive so they don't slip out of place and very easy to install.

Estas plantillas son un auténtico imprescindible si usas tacones altos. Actúan como unas pequeñas almohadillas que amortiguan la presión en la parte delantera del pie y hacen que el peso del cuerpo se reparta mejor. Desde que las uso, puedo llevar tacones durante muchas más horas sin que me duelan los pies. Incluso con zapatos que no suelen molestar, la comodidad mejora muchísimo. Son discretas, se adaptan bien a diferentes tipos de calzado y realmente se nota la diferencia. Para mí, un básico en la vida de cualquier mujer que use tacones. ¡Recomendadísimas!

Depending on the placement on the shoe, it can be quite tight.. especially just as the ball of the feet closer to toes... I changed the placement of the padding, a tad bit further from the ball of my foot and so far it works well. Good thing you can stick and unstick easily, making it handy and easy to use.
