Solid and priced right
Awesome, easy to adjust, well made, and solid. I weigh 230lbs and the rings carry my weight with no issue. I do push ups, pull ups, dips and the rings work as they should. Rings are an inherently simple design so props to Gonex for making a solid product and not ridiculously over charging for it.

Good alternative to TRX
The carabiner locking system makes hanging the straps and taking them down easy. The straps are sturdy and thick enough to hold over 200lbs. The rings are sturdy, but the wrapping for grips and stability is cheap. I just replaced them with hockey taps. Overall, it’s a great purchase.

The real deal
I'm no gymnast so I can't say for sure these are "the real deal" but they're surely not cheap knockoffs of anything! The indexing makes setup for different exercises a snap. The straps are strong and durable. The rings themselves are solid and secure. This set will outlast me

Great rings
My kids and husband enjoy using the rings. Easy to hang and adjust. Hate the “tape” it says to use. It comes undone ALL the time.

Very happy with these rings! Easy to adjust, pleasant to hang from
Happy with these rings, I have them attached to my power tower for doing ring dips and body rows. They feel good in the hand, the clips and straps are sturdy, the straps have good stitching, numbers easy to read so you can easily adjust to the height that you need. Would buy again.

Sturdy great rings
Got these to use from my door frame pull-up bar and they're fantastic to do some minor at home workouts in my space. These are built with extreme care and very high quality material, i feel completely safe using them with no worries about slippage with how well the carabiner lock in place in the rings

2 years of ownership
Been using these consistently 3-4 days a week in multiple different ways for 2 years now and they are great. Here to order a second set for my wife to use at the same time as me and thought I’d leave a review to address some of the most common complaints of these: 1.) straps are uneven lengths - if you surf reviews of rings at all before buying you’ll see that this a QC issue that happens with EVERY company that sells these styles of carabiner straps on amazon. The problem is rare. Mine were perfectly even with first order and so was my neighbors. I know it’s annoying, but you can keep reordering if you’re one of the unlucky few who get uneven straps. 2.) rings splitting/falling apart - this is from leaving them outside. Look at the pictures of peoples rings coming apart, they are hung outside. All wood moves and contracts with moisture and will therefore make ANY plywood material delaminate eventually when exposed to moisture. 3.) difficult to adjust with Allen wrench - don’t use the Allen wrench lock unless you are doing full on spins and flips (even then I doubt it matters). Leave them unlocked if you are doing standard stuff like dips, rows, pull ups, push-ups, levers, muscle ups… etc. again I’ve had these for 2 years, and unless you’re doing something crazy on them that I can’t imagine then they will not pop off on you. They are fully closed carabiners, there’s just no way. I have literally NEVER locked them in two years with zero issues. And if you don’t lock them they are significantly faster than other types of rings to adjust accurately. 4.) adjusting straps tight to the ceiling for pull ups creates a ton of slack - this is actually true… for all rings. So shouldn’t matter. You can loop these types within themselves or just tie the slack off somewhere. Not something to complain about. 5.) rings came with small burs/splinters - this is very possible, mine didn’t, but it doesn’t surprise me. My neighbor has these and the Rogue pair that is much more expensive. His Rogue pair had burs that needed sanding but not these. Just luck of the draw when you are buying a layered wood product. I’m a woodworker so I feel bad for these guys getting bad reviews about plywood burs on something shaped like these rings. It’s bound to happen sometimes with any brand. If your’s comes with some burs just grab some 120-150 grit sand paper and lightly buff them. You’ll be done and happy in less than 5 minutes. Anyways… I highly recommend them!
