Where can i get a replacement USB cable?

Hi, please contact us via support@arducam.com for your request.

After the camera settings are adjusted with the AMcap software, can these settings be saved to the camera? I don't want to set the settings every time

Hello, our USB camera is set through software, so we can only record the set parameters in the software, but we can't save them in the camera. If you want to save them in the camera, it may need to update the firmware.

Do you have any USB cameras that are 60 fps 1080 in a case?

Hi, Just to let you know that we don't have 60 fps 1080 currently. But we have high frame rate Global Shutter USB Camera, you can search ASIN B096M5DKY6, B096ZSSCGH. If you still need 60 fps 1080, we can customize it for you and please contact us Linda@uctronics.com.
