This works
This stuff works. Im a 43 yr old female. I've ran almost daily for almost three decades. Ive worked out forever. Ive gotten into boxing and MMA throughout my adult life and have been thrown and beaten and crumpled up on mats ALOT. I take no medications and I dont do doctor's. I dont stretch enough as I should. This last year or two ive been starting to feel age, all my injuries and getting stiff. I let it slow me down for the first time in my life and am trying to crawl out that hole. I bought this flex on a whim, thinking it was a powder form because swallowing pills makes me want to gag. Nope, I got the pills. I tried them the first night I got them and next day my body felt so much better and way less stiff. I actually had way less pain. I thought no way did this work that fast. Ive tried a lot of different vitamins with less results. I thought it was a coincidence. It wasn't a coincidence, ive continued taking them and feel so much better. I am so grateful for this product. I still get stiff, especially after driving, but it is at least half as bad as I was prior to taking this stuff. Definitely worth a try if your story is like mine and Definitely beats going to the Dr's.

Just the facts as they relate to my experience
As some have said, this product may be useful for you or it may not. That does not mean it's a bad product, it simply states a fact. With that in mind, here is my experience with this product. Getting old really sucks, but I am fighting it all the way. I'm 60 years old and I train for and compete in Spartan Obstacle races. My training consists of 6 training days a week alternating a weight day with a cardio/HIIT day, One might say I'm in pretty damn good shape. The hardest part about keeping this type of training regime is getting up in the morning. After a good nights rest, my joints on this old body have stiffened and are slow to respond. There is soreness as well in the knee joints and shoulders. This product has minimized this stiffness and soreness and has made a noticeable and much-appreciated difference in my mobility in the morning. In addition, shoulder pain from bench press and Military presses have been reduced and knee pain is gone. To be fair, I had very little knee pain anyway. but what I had is gone. So, how do I know it's the result of this product? I keep a training log. I wrote down when I started this product and noted its effects. I changed nothing else in my diet. I don't take any prescription drugs so it's not possible the result of that. I did stop taking the product for a period of time and noticed the same problems started to manifest once again. So, while not scientific, it's more than likely my positive results are because of this product. It's unknown if you will experience the same results. The only way to know is to try it for a while and see. Give it a good test. It might take two months, it will not happen in a week or two. The powder form is by far the best and easiest way to ingest this product. I think it tastes great. I take this product, the multivitamin and the Juiced Aminos all in the power from. They all have the same flavor. I have used Universal nutrition products for a number of years and feel they are the real deal in nutrition. UPDATE. MAY 22, 2019. I have used this product for over a year now. I take it daily and rarely miss a day. For me, the product has a noticeable impact. At 62, I do not have any joint issues. Running, jumping, training all without any joint pain. Now, Prior to taking the product, i'm not saying I was walking around with a walker and this stuff has set me free. But I did have some slight pain in my knee joints and shoulders and walking up stairs was at times a little painful. That is all gone now. I wake up in the morning without any stiffness in the joints, just sore muscles from working out. I do not have any proof this produce is the result. But I do sincerely think it is the reason. I do workout very hard. Harder then most 60 Year olds I'm sure, so that may help, but I'm sold on this product and plan to take it indefinitely. Will it work for you. The fact is, no one really knows. You will have to try for yourself and see. It will take a month or so to see results if any. Then you will know.

Tastes good.
Got the berry flavor and it tastes good. Not too sweet and not chalky or clumpy. It has sucralose and not aspartame or red dye like some people have mentioned in these reviews. Just put it in the blender, add ice and enjoy. I add creatine in mine for the extra benefits. It has only been 3 days, so too early to determine if it will help with my joint issues. I am hoping for the best.

Animal Flex +The old lady is coming back to life.
I am not a weight lifter (except for this extra person I am carrying around on my middle). I started the flex at the advice of my 6'4" weightlifting grandson. Of course, I read the reviews first. I don't know how I got to the excruciating pain level that I was experiencing this past February, but I could not sit, sleep, walk, or do anything much. I was popping Vicodin every three hours and still had pain. I finally went to the ER (the urgent care docs and my PCP were only giving me more pain meds and had done an xray). The ER doc ordered an MRI of my left hip (the worst pain). Even with an injection of Toradol and Vicodin, I was in so much pain, I could not lie still from shaking in pain. I squeezed the bulb for the tech to stop. She did not. Of course, there were so many artifacts that they diagnosed me with avascular necrosis. Thank the Lord for the Primecare doc who did the xray. It showed some arthritic changes and decreased joint space, but the head of the femur showed no degradation. I was scheduled for a guided steroid injection a month later. I could not bear the pain, so I search the Internet for another hip specialist. I had the injection within a week. The pain (after the initial honeymoon) decreased so that I would walk with a walker, then a cane. I had started the flex about a week or two before. I did not expect it to work overnight. I was able to cut the Vicodin down to every 6 hours, then 4. I was taking Ibuprofen 800mg with it, but only q/8h. My niece told me about Wobenzym N on Facebook. I did the research and read the reviews and ordered 200 of them. I am taking 3 q/12h (on an empty stomach) and the results have been astounding. After two weeks, I have moderate pain only when I lie on my right hip and put my full weight on it for too long at a time, but not all the time. I had been taking a potload of supplements, but then I saw the Animal Pak. I did the research and read the reviews. Began taking it about a week ago. I am patient. The research said it lacked only Boron. Sooo, did some more research and found that a handful of nuts and/or raisins would put that absolutely vital element in there. Now, I must admit that I'm taking only a half dose of the Flex and Pak, since I have a limited SS income. I will be 76 on the 27th of July and cannot call myself a weightlifter except every time I stand up. I am a little afraid of the Animal Cut since I have HTN. However, since I started the Wobenzym N, I have had to stop the Benicar and Aldactone. I do take my BP every day and was getting numbers like 75/50 and 89/50 and my Na level went down to 130. Of course, I'm keeping track of it. By the way, Ibuprofen, according to my research, can cause hypervolemic hyponatremia for some people. This was another reason I wanted to use something else for inflammation. Why do I go to the trouble of putting all this information down? If you do not take care of yourself, you are at the mercy of bad docs who don't give a hoot and/or don't know much or good docs who don't have the time to do the research. Look at the research on every pill or ointment you put on or in your body. Read the accompanying literature. Has the doc prescribed it properly? A PA gave me a potent anti-inflammatory ointment to use on my hip and shoulder. The only instructions were to apply it to my hip and shoulder. The patient info said to not use it with any oral anti-inflammatory, which I had already been prescribed and that it would not work for any of the large joints. It was only for fingers, elbows, knees, etc. I know this has been overlong, but I urge you to look at the healthcare situation and take care of yourself.

These really helped my joints
Five stars. Animal Flex glucosamine vitamins ended up being exactly what my joints were begging for. The packs are convenient, the formula feels legit, and after a couple weeks I noticed less creaking and stiffness during workouts. It’s one of the few joint supplements that actually feels like it’s doing something instead of just taking up space in my cabinet. If you’re active and want your body to stop protesting every movement, this stuff is worth it.
