If you can’t see the sky, the satellite can’t hear.
The last communication after all else fails! Just need lots of patience to enter ALL the information in BOTH GEOS and BLUE COSMOS Websites, or your ‘safety shield’ will be useless as aluminum foil!

device does not work
Product did not recognize the SIM card that came with purchase. I reached out to customer service to resolve issues and a new SIM card was sent over a week later which did not remedy the issue. I asked to return the device and the company stated that there are no returns on the product. This item was purchased over a month ago and still will not work. I highly recommend save yourself the headache and go with a different provider for satellite phone service!

Love our Iridium Extreme!!!
The extreme is our third satellite phone. It is by far the best. You do have to read the extensive manual to get all the features. One thing we learned: If you are going to call someone be sure you let them know ahead of time so their phone doesn't automatically reject the call, ask me how I know. In our travels in West Texas even there are places where no cell towers are located. BlueCosmo has been a wonderful company to work with even though most of the negative reviews say otherwise. The legacy plan we have is ten minutes free per month and $1.00 a minute after that. My first phone bill while in Iraq was $600+ because I treated it as a phone. Be careful. It is the E in our PACE plan (Emergency).
