Such an authentic Malted Milk Ball flavor. The typical crunch wasn't there in my milk balls, but that's the recipe and not the powder. I'm kind of addicted 😂

I use this in milk shakes, smoothies, hot chocolate, pancakes and waffles. You can also use it in coffee. Plus no Palm oil!! Palm oil is bad for your health. Palm oil is bad for the environment. Palm oil tastes bad. !!!BOYCOTT PALM OIL!!!

This product tastes very good! It has a great malt flavor. Only downside is it clumps very badly. They recommend on the jar to dilute in hot water before mixing with a cold liquid.

Wow, this stuff is so yummy! I have made chocolate malts with it, put it in pancake batter and sprinkled it on ice cream. If you love malted milk flavor, you need to try this!

I try not to support companies like Nestle though. CTL adds sucrose which I don't like when things are added by a factory. I wanted to like the King Arthur best, thinking that spending more would pay off, but I can't taste the difference and the cost is insanely high. So Hoosier gets my vote for good value and no weird ingredients. Just need to blend it well.I did a blind taste test with a mixture of almond milk, half n half and chocolate syrup. I am just a dude, not a professional taste tester - someone with a more refined palatte could maybe detect nuances that I could not.Hope that helps :)
