Possibly kept my symptoms from getting worse but overall, not sure if I saw any improvement. Used it for 4 months before deciding to quit. Symptoms seemed to remain about the same even a month after stopping.

Don't!!!!!
This literally made me fat I went from 135 to 175 and cannot lose the weight. I had a baby at 35 lost all but 20 lbs of my baby weight so I was 135 then started this and gained weight rapidly by the end of the year I was suddenly 175 and now 5 years later no luck getting it off!!!
