SHOWKOO G-Series Luggage set 3pcs, 100% PC Durable Hardshell Suitcase

This luggage is phenomenal! I loaded it up, put some bows on it, added my luggage tags, and headed off for Italy! After 12 days in Italy and numerous plane rides, many long van rides and hotel stops, my luggage and I returned home in fantastic condition! The beautiful luggage is expandable with a telescopic handle. I personally love the telescopic handle because I’m about 5 foot 4 and the rest of the world that handles my luggage is considerably taller. The wheels rotate 360 degrees and were absolutely stellar on the rough cobblestones! It does have a lock on it which is a great feature. What impressed me the most is that this luggage held up so well that it looks brand new! In fact, if you saw it now, you would think it IS brand new!

Bought this set for a gift. The material is tough and sturdy. The size is just perfect for travel and vacation. The appearance and color is beautiful. No issues with the zipper and the wheels roll very well. Great product!

I purchased this set for my international trip to Japan. The price was discounted as I bought it during prime day I believe. In total though, the whole set of three ended up costing the same as around a full sized large luggage from TJMaxx or Marshall's, so I feel like I got a really good deal. The luggage is quite nice quality - it's hard shell and doesn't feel flimsy or like it will easily break or crack. It has nice internal straps and pockets, and it rolls super easily throughout the airport without any issues. The most important thing though to me is the color. I was worried it would come more salmon colored, or that it would be more mauve than I was expecting. However, the color is literally the most perfect shade of baby pink. I was so happy when I saw it! It flew with me international just fine, and honestly it wasn't even all that dirty or banged up even after I got back. SUPER happy with this purchase!!

I like to get 4 good uses out of luggage like these. They WILL get beat-up by the process in airports. But if parts aren't falling off easily cracks developing after a couple vacations, you probably made a decent buy. 4 Vacations and still good.

Tired of inline-skate type wheels and ducted-taped corners of my old soft-sided luggage, I purchased this set for my upcoming month-long cruise. So far, I'm really impressed! Transitioning from soft-sided to hard-sided might take a moment (opening like a book instead of a box), but I think I'll really like it. The 28" and 26" can both expand, which is a necessity for this habitual over-packer! The zipper on the 26" case had two places where the teeth of the zipper has pulled apart, but in running the zipper over them they closed up fine. I am watching them very closely though and will replace that case if they cause any further trouble. (I purchased the 3 year coverage.) The corner of the 28" case has two small areas of discoloration (like the plastic had been stressed), but there is no damage to the case otherwise, so I'm not concerned about that. The TSA locks were easy to change the passcode. The zippers don't fit as deep down into the locks as I expected, but they locked fine. The locking mechanism doesn't appear to be the best though -- somewhat small and flimsy. A couple bad hits or bumps, and they'll probably not work. Makes me glad I purchased the coverage! However, the zippers do have holes to put a padlock type lock through if they do fail. The lock on the 26" case got caught and wouldn't open at first. I gently manipulated the lock until it finally released and opened. I'm hoping that it was a sticky place due to newness and not being used. However, it that happens again, I will request a replacement case. The material inside the cases is so nice! It is not plastic like in less expensive types of luggage. The interior zippers do seem a little thin for my taste, but they work very well so far. Each case has three interior pockets, the dividing sheet which zips closed on the left side, and an x-type elastic band to hold clothing in place on the right side. The wheels work well, but I hope they are attached very well to the cases (you can't tell how they're attached). The telescoping handles seem par for the course. I love the soft feel of the handles on each of the cases (one on top, one on the side), and they go flat so they shouldn't catch on anything in transit. The thin rubber along the edges of the cases where the zippers are don't seem to be very sturdy. I think the rubber stripping should be a bit thicker and sewn on with at least a double stitch. As they are, there's only one line of stitching attaching the rubber to the case. This is definitely something I'll keep my eye one. Once I use this luggage set, if my opinion changes or if anything goes wrong, I will update this review by Dec of 24. I gave four stars rather than five for the concerns mentioned previously. However, so far I am very pleased with theses cases. I would recommend purchasing.

I had a bit of apprehensiveness about buying luggage online after reading reviews about people being highly disappointed in what they received in comparison to what they read in descriptions. I recently purchased a new set of luggage from the store, and I am content with it but only the large case have the four wheel set. When I saw this set had four wheels on all of the pieces, I immediately became interested and decided to take my chance. The luggage arrived quickly and I unboxed it, and found it to be as good if not better than the set I had purchased. Plus this set had the additional 3rd piece which is a certainly added value. I examined the luggage very thoroughly and found the construction to be solid as a rock. I will be using it in a week for international travel and I will update this review with photos upon my return. I also like the built in TSA locking devices on all the pieces instead of just the large bag. Thus far I have absolutely no disappointments in my purchase. As I stated, I have now posted photos of my luggage after traveling from one side of the U.S all the way across to the other side, then overseas to Japan, and this luggage makes me feel like I am gliding on ice wearing ice skates because the movement is so quiet and smooth. I will recommend this seller to all of my friends. The wheels, the lightweight strong material, the spacious room. The small case will not fit underneath the seat, but it will fit easily inside the overhead, even on one of the smaller hopper planes. I had fine china packed in it and I wasn't about to let the airline valet it into the belly claiming it will not fit in the overhead. It did. This luggage gets a 6th star from me.

Arrived quickly, perfectly packaged. Smooth rolling and very manueverable for a weeklong first trip. Worked perfectly including the Built in lock. Just be mindful that the luggage is designed to open like a book and one packs both sides of the suitcase. If you need to open it while in transit be mindful to do so carefully as one side of packed items might fall out at the wrong angle, also a bit akward if using a hotel luggage stand as the fully open case will extend beyond and possibly fall over. Otherwise these suitcases have received compliments. ———————— Updated Review as of July 2023 after more that one year of use, a few comments to share. The overall set has held up, but the quality is so so. The set has been checked in for a short flight or two, but after a June 2023 road trip on a coach bus the 25 inch case zipper handle came off its track. I managed to reconnect the zipper after a few tries, but discovered a few things (see the photos) a) the zipper track itself was unevenly sewn when made, with no natural barrier it was only a matter of time before the zipper handle simply slid off, b) the liner was glued, not sewn and simply tore off; c) the rubber portion which is in fact the hinge to the case is soft plastic and tore on one end. My overall thoughts are these cases are more suitable for gentle road travel, I’m confident the smaller 21 inch could be relied on as carry on if you are handling it yourself on a flight, but the larger 25 and 29 inch would probably fail at some point as checked bags in the hands of the airlines is my thinking especially for longer distance travel or offshore transfers with bags thrown onto luggage pallets and carousels. If you’re wheeling them into your car and straight into a hotel room, they’ll probably be more reliable and longer lasting.

I am deeply disappointed in this three-piece set. I have used them maybe two or three times per year in the three years since I purchased them. First, on the smallest carry-on bag, one of the wheel snapped off. And I don’t just mean the wheel itself. The corner of the suitcase completely cracked and broke off! I would have written it off as a fluke, but having just arrived at my current destination, I discovered that the midsize case wheel has also cracked and broken off. The damage is irreparable (see photo). Both cases are now unusable, and will need to be thrown away. I am puzzled at all the positive reviews from other customers. I was expecting that hardshell suitcases were more durable and would last longer than soft shell. I also really liked these suitcases otherwise. But I have learned two valuable lessons: first, do NOT trust the reviews. Second: in the long run, it’s cheaper to buy high-quality from the start. I didn’t get quality from these bags.

I highly recommend the Showkoo brand, this is the second set I bought and they are truly great quality, light wight and beautiful. The price is amazing and certainly best value for money!

Wheel broke on its very first trip, after the first leg of the trip. It didn't even make it a whole round-trip. Wrote to the company to get a replacement, but havent heard anything back. Tried keying in their US address listed on the website into Google Maps for more info, but there's not even a building there. Boy was I tricked!
