I'm very happy with both the product and the overall experience. The drying rack is sturdy, smooth to operate, and saves a lot of space — perfect for indoor drying. The delivery was prompt and the installation team did a great job with the fitting. Everything was done professionally and without any hassle. Highly recommend this if you're looking for a reliable ceiling-mounted drying solution!

Nice product
Nice product. I purchased 8ft item. Packaging woul have been better. Due to the size and weight, the courier/transport guys might have miss handled. Packing at both sides got damaged.

Easy to assemble
The item arrived on 30th August 2023. Installed next day. Would like to provide a review after few months of usage. The item needs 24 screws for assembly. Surprisingly, seller missed 12 screws, sent inside only 12 instead, which I had to purchase while assembling, this is unfortunate, seller should be careful for next customers.

Missing accessories
Wanted to return as wall string holder and one 6ft pipe missing. It took many days to respond and meanwhile it is very essential since we have heavy rains. So our plumber brought one cloth hanger ( for wall clamp) and fixed 2pipes. It's total irresponsibility of the seller for not sending complete item. See the pictures

Sturdy hanger with quality material
The steel pipes were of jsl steel, good quality. Caps were pre fitted. The bracket thickness also is very good, compared to homewell hangers.
